When it comes time to rest you’ll find three stylish bedrooms on the upper level of the home with each offering soft, comfortable beds, Smart TVs, luggage racks and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself right at home.

The master bedroom features a sparkling ensuite bathroom with a his and hers vanity and a large walk in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The upstairs hallway central family bathroom is just as lavish with a relaxing bath and overhead shower while downstairs you’ll find a handy half bath.

On a sunny day, step out onto the gorgeous decked patio area that gives you a quiet space to sit and enjoy your coffee each morning or to catch up with friends. Then cool off in the resort style neighborhood pool only a short stroll from your door.

**Please note: The pool season is from May – September. The community pool is owned and maintained by the HOA. The HOA determines the pool season schedule, and reserves the right to close the pool at any time for operational reasons. Refunds will not be provided for pool closures resulting from HOA decisions.

Also outside is the enclosed laundry room by the patio with a washing machine, dryer and complimentary detergent to keep you feeling fresh.

Guests have private access to the entire two story townhome and beautiful decked patio area as well as free high speed Wi-Fi, two designated parking spaces in front of the townhouse, complimentary coffee/tea, and access to all your favorite streaming apps on the Smart TVs in each of the bedrooms.

You will also have access to the neighborhood pool and landscaped community gardens as well as a washing machine and dryer outside in the storage closet.

Other things to note

Please note that the entry to the townhouse is on the ground floor making it easy to come and go with no stairs to climb.

There are to be no parties or events (registered guests only), no pets and no smoking within the apartment or the building. If you would like to smoke, please go outside to the backyard designated area.

  • No animal/pets allowed. STRICT no pet policy. You will be charged an additional fee if there is evidence of pets at the property.
  • We respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking, vaping, and illegal substances. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if you smoke indoors. Please extinguish cigarettes properly and dispose of them in the cigarette disposal bin on the backyard patio. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fee, plus any other associated damages.
  • Check-in begins at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated if they are made in advance. Unauthorized late check-out’s may incur additional fees. Should you desire an early arrival or extended departure, please let us know.
  • The washer and dryer are located in the closet on the backyard patio and are available for guest use during your stay. We kindly ask that you clean out the lint trap after each use and leave the area tidy for future guests.
  • To ensure you are comfortable during your stay, the temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat in the downstairs hallway. Please keep the temperature between 68 and 75 degrees.
  • The 2026 Pool Season is here! The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. For safety reasons, the pool will close during rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or whenever a notice is posted for repairs or maintenance. The community pool is owned and maintained by the HOA. The HOA determines the pool season schedule, and reserves the right to close the pool at any time for operational reasons. Refunds will not be provided for pool closures resulting from HOA decisions.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling in the bins on the backyard patio. All trash must be disposed in trash bags.
  • Please note that decorations are not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, balloons, banners, streamers, confetti, and similar items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the space.
  • Guests will be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. In the event of any damages, please let us know immediately. Furniture and decor should not be rearranged.
  • If you book a long term stay, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $145 after every 7 days during the booking.
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is six guests. Please do not bring unregistered guests.
  • Please note that packages and deliveries are not permitted to be sent to the property during your stay.
