The Cabin

There are three spacious bedrooms spread over the two levels of the cabin with each offering cloud like beds, luggage racks and smart TVs giving everyone their own space to relax and unwind.

The spacious master bedroom is filled with a luxe king bed, an ensuite bathroom and its own screened in porch ideal for after dinner drinks.

Along with the master ensuite, there is a second bathroom in the hallway featuring a queen bed that is also connected to the laundry room with a full shower and all the amenities you could need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Bedroom three is located in the upstairs loft fitted out with four twin beds and a desk. To access the loft space there is a beautiful spiral staircase off the living area – if you’re not too good with stairs bedrooms one and two are easily accessible on the main level.

Kids and the young at heart will love the game room with a Pac-Man arcade game, a full size pool table and an assortment of board games giving you hours of entertainment.

On a sunny afternoon head out into the backyard and fire up the grill for a delicious dinner out among the trees while you eat alfresco style on the outdoor table. Then when the sun starts to set, light up the fire pit, pop open a bag of marshmallows and enjoy a night around the fire with friends.

Extra Information about the house:

– The fire pit is on the backyard patio with Adirondack chair seating. Please use extreme caution when using the fire pit. Never leave it unattended, keep a safe distance from the flames, and ensure the fire is fully extinguished after use. A courtesy amount of firewood is provided for free. Any additional wood must be supplied by the guest.

– There is a gas grill on the backyard patio. Propane is provided. Please exercise extreme caution at all times, never leave the grill unattended while in use, and ensure it is completely turned off after each use.

– Please be advised there is a spiral staircase connecting to the first floor. While it adds a unique charm to the house, it can be narrow and a bit steep, so please be careful with luggage/children.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire home as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee/tea, bathroom amenities, a laundry with a washer and dryer and access to all your favorite streaming apps on the Smart TVs in each bedroom. We provide self-check in by using the electronic door lock.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a spiral staircase to get to the loft space of the home (3rd bedroom), if you don’t like stairs, no worries, bedrooms one and two are on the main level.

IMPORTANT: The fireplace in the living room is not available for use.

  • No animal/pets allowed. STRICT no pet policy. You will be charged an additional fee if there is evidence of pets at the property.
  • We respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking, vaping, and illegal substances. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if you smoke indoors. Please extinguish cigarettes properly and dispose of them in the cigarette disposal bin on the backyard patio. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1,000 fee, plus any other associated damages.
  • Check-in begins at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated if they are made in advance. We always do our best to accommodate depending on same day turnovers. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees. Should you desire an early arrival or extended departure, please let us know.
  • Keep the doors closed at the property. To keep the inside bug-free, please remember to keep the doors closed when you’re not using them. This will help prevent any unwanted guests from sneaking in!

**Please note: Do not pull or attempt to open the screen doors located in the living room/game room area as they are not operational, and doing so may cause additional damage. Thank you!

  • No littering on the property. All trash much be tied and sealed in trash bags and placed in the trash can under the carport.
  • To ensure you are comfortable during your stay, the temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat in the hallway. Please keep the temperature between 68 and 75 degrees. **Please note: The loft area upstairs may become warmer during the summer months due to it’s location above the main living area even with the AC is running. A portable fan is provided for your comfort. For safety and energy conservation, please remember to unplug the fan when it is not in use.
  • Guests will be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. In the event of any damages, please let us know immediately. Furniture and decor should not be rearranged, and no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
  • Please note that decorations are not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, balloons, banners, streamers, confetti, and similar items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the space.
  • If you book a long-term stay, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $125 after every 7 days during the booking.
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Please do not bring unregistered guests. Only the guests in your immediate party are allowed at the property.
  • Always supervise your children. Do not leave them unattended outside. Keep children away from fire pit and grill area to avoid accidents.
  • Please note that packages and deliveries are not permitted to be sent to the property during your stay.
