You’ll have two generous bedrooms to choose from with the master featuring a luxuriously large king bed, a walk in closet, a TV and a sparkling ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom is filled with a queen bed, a TV and a handy workspace perfect for catching up on work with free WiFi included.

Along with the master ensuite, there is a second full bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower as well as access to a laundry nook with a washer and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Make your way into the bright sunroom where you can take on your friends at a game of air hockey or battle it out on the Pac-Man arcade machine and try to snatch the high score leaving your legacy! Then when you’ve worked up a sweat, make your way over to the neighborhood pool and cool off or just relax poolside under the umbrella. **Please note: The pool is open from May – September. The community pool is owned and maintained by the HOA. The HOA determines the pool season schedule, and reserves the right to close the pool at any time for operational reasons. Refunds will not be provided for pool closures resulting from HOA decisions.

  • No animal/pets allowed. STRICT no pet policy. You will be charged an additional fee if there is evidence of pets at the property.
  • We respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking, vaping, and illegal substances. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if you smoke indoors. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fee, plus any other associated damages.
  • Check-in begins at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated if they are made in advance. Unauthorized late check-out’s may incur additional fees. Should you desire an early arrival or extended departure, please let us know.
  • The 2026 Pool Season is here! The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. For safety reasons, the pool will close during rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or whenever a notice is posted for repairs or maintenance. The community pool is owned and maintained by the HOA. The HOA determines the pool season schedule, and reserves the right to close the pool at any time for operational reasons. Refunds will not be provided for pool closures resulting from HOA decisions.
  • To ensure you are comfortable during your stay, the temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat in the hallway. Please keep the temperature between 68 and 75 degrees.
  • Guests will be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. In the event of any damages, please let us know immediately. Furniture and decor should not be rearranged.
  • Please note that decorations are not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, balloons, banners, streamers, confetti, and similar items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the space.
  • Discard trash and recycling in the can located outside the property under the stairs. Please note: There is a door to open the trash area. Discard trash in the first can. All trash must be disposed in trash bags. Extra trash bags are located under the kitchen sink. Please see detailed trash disposal instructions on the kitchen counter.
  • If you book a long term stay, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee of $145 after every 7 days during the booking.
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is four guests. Please do not bring unregistered guests.
  • Please note that packages and deliveries are not permitted to be sent to the property during your stay.
